Fresh Fish

Fresh fish is the key to any good sushi bar. At Ono, if it’s not fresh, we simply do not serve it. We pride ourselves on obtaining the freshest local ingredients as possible. When we can’t find what we’re looking for locally we only purchase the freshest seafood that is provided by some of the top purveyors Southern California has to offer. When our customers ask “What’s fresh?” we are proud to say “Everything!”
